About Mile SEO
Hi, my name is Miklos, and I'm the owner of Mile SEO. I work as an SEO manager by day and I'm a PhD student by night, and Mile SEO is where those two lives meet.
What I do
I've spent years running organic search for organisations that need to be found by the right people, and I've spent about as long inside academia learning how knowledge actually gets made and shared. I'm an avid learner by temperament — it's the reason I ended up in both places.
Why education
I'm interested in education and in how we take it further, because I believe it can solve a great many of the problems we're living with now. But education and science can only defend themselves against the noise around us if they can actually be heard. That means finding new ways to present ideas, to present learning itself, and to present the advances being made in science and education — not just producing them and hoping they surface.
Why search
One of the ways I've found to do that is search: SEO, and increasingly AEO and GEO — being cited and recommended by the answer engines people now ask first. Mile SEO exists to bring that to schools, universities, research institutions and the people building tools for learners, so that the work they do reaches the people it's meant for.
